Support for Residents
Sureserve working for you
Sharing tools and knowledge you need to feel safe, informed, and empowered in your home.
Stay safe at home
At Sureserve, we want you the residents, and your families to have the knowledge to be safe and warm in your home.
Know the emergency procedure.
If you smell gas or suspect immediate danger, make sure you familiarise yourself with the emergency procedure and contact the relevant number for your UK region.
Use appliances only for their intended purpose.
Don't be tempted to use them for something they weren't meant for (e.g using a gas cooker to heat a room).
Check gas appliances for warning signs.
e.g. lazy yellow flames instead of crisp blue ones, black marks or stains on or around the appliance and too much condensation in the room.

How to Verify Our Team at Your Door

What to Check:
ID Badge Details: Name, position, unique ID number, expiry date, and a photo. Sureserve logo and company address.
Ensure the office listed on the badge matches one of our official locations. View our offices here.
Need Help?
If you’re unsure, call your local office (details on our offices page) or contact us for confirmation.
For your safety, do not allow entry if the badge doesn't match these guidelines.
