Energy Transition

The energy transition presents a significant opportunity for Sureserve. We are proud to be at the forefront of the sector, leading the way in installing heat pumps, renewable energy solutions, and retrofitting homes. Our efforts last year resulted in savings that were four times our operational footprint. In addition to supporting our customers, we actively engage with policymakers through our Delivering Warm Homes report, ensuring that our initiatives align with broader energy efficiency goals.

Sureserve recognise the importance to continue to improve our operational performance. Last year our carbon efficiency (tCO2e per £1million revenue) improved by 6%. Further investment is being made to continue to improve this.

The rapid growth within the business and shift to clean technologies is due to a highly engaged workforce and investment in training. Currently over 4% of the workforce are apprentices.
