Sustainability is one of our core values. Our services ensure that homes are safe, healthy and able to meet government targets to decarbonise. We achieve this by having a highly engaged workforce, investing heavily in apprenticeships and working with our customers on community projects.

The transition to greater sustainability is a major challenge for social housing. We believe this is a major opportunity for Sureserve. We will continue to play a leading role in the installation of clean heating technology, renewable energy and full home retrofit.

We recognise that affordability is a major issue for social housing providers and their customers. It is vital for us to ensure that the shift to sustainability is a just transition. The Sureserve Foundation provides a range of support for those experiencing fuel poverty.
